Job Summary
The Management Trainee Officer HR will support the HR team in daily operations recruitment onboarding employee engagement and HR documentation. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development in core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting screening and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
- Maintain HR databases employee files and documentation
- Assist with attendance leave monitoring and HR operations
- Help plan internal trainings and employee engagement activities
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
- Prepare reports and support day-to-day HR tasks
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Fresh MBA/BBA (HR preferred)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of MS Office
- Highly organized responsible and eager to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
