Position : Amazon PPC Specialist
Work Hours (Client) : 8:30am - 5pm EST Mon - Fri
Pay Range : $1500 - $2000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Were seeking an exceptional Amazon PPC Specialist who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking. This isnt a beginner role - we need someone eager intelligent and gritty who can manage complex PPC campaigns for our VIP clients from day one. Youll be responsible for driving profit and growth across large product catalogs while maintaining the attention to detail our premium clients expect.
Strategic PPC Campaign Management
Design and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across Sponsored Products Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns
Manage large advertising budgets with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth
Develop campaign structures that scale efficiently across extensive product catalogs
Maintain and improve performance metrics while aggressively scaling spend
Software & Campaign Optimization
Master proficiency in ADBadger (preferred) or similar enterprise PPC management platforms
Leverage automation tools for bid optimization and campaign management at scale Implement advanced bidding strategies and dayparting techniques
Utilize Helium 10 Jungle Scout or similar tools for keyword research and competitive analysis
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights for VIP clients
Track and optimize key metrics: ACOS ROAS TACoS CTR CVR and impression share
Develop custom reporting dashboards that demonstrate clear ROI and growth trajectories
Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify scaling opportunities within profitability constraints
Budget & Catalog Management
Manage significant advertising budgets across multiple accounts and marketplaces
Optimize advertising spend allocation across large product catalogs (100 ASINs)
Develop budget pacing strategies to maximize impact throughout the month
Coordinate with account management team to align PPC strategy with overall business objectives
Strategic Growth Initiatives
Build comprehensive keyword strategies that balance branded non-branded and competitor targeting
Design testing frameworks for new campaign types placements and creative approaches
Develop strategies to capture market share while maintaining target ACOS/ROAS
Create seasonal and promotional campaign strategies aligned with inventory levels
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3 years of related experience
Industry: Amazon e-commerce (required)
Required Amazon Expertise:
3-5 years of expert-level Amazon PPC management with demonstrable results
Proven track record managing $50000 monthly ad spend with positive ROI
Experience managing PPC for catalogs with 100 active ASINs
Success in maintaining sub-20% ACOS on non-branded campaigns at scale
Technical Expertise
Advanced proficiency with PPC management software (ADBadger strongly preferred)
Expert understanding of all Amazon ad types: Sponsored Products Brands Display and DSP
Deep knowledge of Amazons advertising algorithm and ranking factors
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and bulk operations
Experience with Amazon API and bulk file management
Strategic Skills
Ability to develop and articulate comprehensive PPC strategies to stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail in campaign optimization
Experience building strategies that balance growth with profitability targets
Understanding of the relationship between PPC organic ranking and overall account health
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with health beauty or personal care categories
Knowledge of both Seller Central and Vendor Central advertising platforms
Experience with Amazon DSP and programmatic advertising
Background working in an agency environment with multiple client accounts
Understanding of international marketplace expansion strategies
