Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process NDIS-related paperwork with accuracy and compliance.

  • Prepare maintain and organize client and staff documentation.

  • Support audit preparation and ensure requirements are met.

  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals and team members to provide seamless administrative support.

  • Act as a primary administrative contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of NDIS processes documentation and compliance requirements.

  • Proven experience in administrative support roles.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
