What this role means to us:
Sitting in the wider Brand and Marketing team and reporting to the Digital Performance Marketing Chapter Lead (Team lead) you will be responsible for driving the delivery of performance-driven digital and direct marketing strategy that align with Air New Zealands Commercial Tribes (business area) business objectives of driving revenue growth through effective and cost-efficient marketing planning implementation optimisation and reporting. This role is key in bringing our vision to life to deliver relevant timely accessible marketing content at scale that puts the customer first.
Being the subject matter expert for all things digital performance marketing (email ecommerce targeting marketing automation media optimisation insights) you will support the development of a customer-first and data-driven digital media strategy to improve the customer experience and increase ROI across our digital and direct media channels.
