Are you an experienced clinician in child and youth mental health and addictions having worked in secondary ICAMH services Have you managed projects and budgets and delivered impactful workforce training programmes Do you have experience providing support to kaimahi in youth primary mental health and addictions services If yes we want to hear from you!
Whraurau seek an experienced and passionate Workforce Delivery Lead to facilitate and lead the activity that supports our Mental Health and Addictions programmes. Initially the role will support the Youth Primary programme as well as support other programmes deliverables. Flexibility will be key to work across varied mental health and addictions programmes. You will plan provide resources deliver and report on these workforce delivery activities to enhance capability of the ICAMH NGO and Primary workforces across communities. These programmes will support the development of knowledge and skills of those in the sector.
Ideally you will have experience in infant child and youth mental health and working with whnau and communities. You will apply your clinical expertise in mental health and addictions while showcasing strong project management and service delivery skills.
