The Company
A licensed non-custodial fiat-to-crypto on-ramp and payment service provider offering instant settlement 40 alternative payment methods and a seamless experience for merchants in high-growth verticals such as gaming forex e-commerce and fintech.
The Role
The team is scaling fast and looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the execution measurement and optimization of all marketing activities. This role bridges strategy and execution ensuring campaigns are data-driven operations run smoothly and marketing directly fuels revenue growth.
What Youll Do
- Build and optimize scalable marketing processes workflows and automation tools
- Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to ensure accurate data capture segmentation and nurturing
- Oversee campaign execution including multi-channel coordination (email LinkedIn paid ads content events) timelines budgets and resources
- Define KPIs dashboards and reporting frameworks; deliver insights on lead quality pipeline velocity and ROI
- Drive performance through campaign tracking attribution A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Collaborate with content design and business development teams to ensure consistency brand alignment and effective lead handoff
- Support merchant acquisition in high-priority verticals (gaming forex e-commerce) while ensuring compliance with financial services and crypto regulations
- Monitor market and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
What You Bring to the Table
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing operations growth or digital marketing ideally within fintech PSPs or crypto
- Expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot Salesforce or similar) marketing automation and analytics tools
- Proven ability to scale marketing operations that deliver measurable pipeline growth
- Strong analytical mindset with a knack for turning data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management organizational and cross-team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with high-risk verticals (iGaming forex crypto) is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international scale-up environment
- Youre based in Malta
