Job Description
Join a team where tech meets business. Were hiring an IT Analyst to turn business needs into smart IT solutions. Youll collaborate with users project managers and vendors to improve data integration analytics and hardware support.
What youll be doing
Were looking for an IT Analyst who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys turning business goals into smart user-friendly IT solutions. In this role youll work closely with project managers business users and senior stakeholders to design and support solutions that enhance data integration analytics and overall user experience. Youll also be a key contact for our Managed IT Service Provider helping ensure smooth hardware procurement and deployment.
Details
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and define business and IT requirements.
- Analyze data to support smooth operations.
- Document business processes and contribute to solution design.
- Partner with IT teams to solve operational challenges and support new tools.
- Coordinate IT hardware requests with our Managed Service Provider.
- Jump in to support users and teams wherever needed.
Qualifications :

- Strong skills in hardware deployment procurement and processing.
- Problem-solving abilities and a user-focused approach.
- Proactive and willingness to go beyond your job description.
- Hands-on hardware deployment and procurement experience.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems Microsoft Office (2016/365) Azure O365 and Apple devices.
- Experience working with vendors for quotes and orders
