The Worker(s) will provide the following services:
Perform advanced systems analyst work as a member of Information Technology overseeing one or more projects concurrently. Perform software test activities for all test phases of a software development project. Analyze business requirements and develop software specifications. Review analyze evaluate and develop test plans and scenarios based on business and system requirements to ensure traceability; monitor and perform system testing; and facilitate user acceptance testing. Coordinate with IT and business project teams to identify and document software defects and works with developers to coordinate defect solutions. Work is accomplished in a highly collaborative environment. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations.

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) requires the services of one (1) Systems Analyst Level 3 hereafter referred to as Worker(s) who meets the general qualifications of ITSAC Systems Analyst Level 3 and the specifications outlined in this document for TWC.Scope/Description of Services
The Worker(s) will provide the following services:

| 8 | Experience identifying analyzing and documenting software defects; assists developers in analyzing and resolving defects | ||
| 8 | Experience writing and executing simple SQL statements to verify test results | ||
| 8 | Thorough knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies |
