Whats the role
As the Business Analyst you will play an integral role in the delivery of this exciting transformation project across our Global Investment Servies as they scale the business to meet the needs of its customers. This is a two-year max-term role based in Sydney in which you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business to understand the needs and translate into functional requirements. You will analyse and map current and future state processes collect and analyse data requirements to ensure the integrity accuracy and timeliness throughout the project addition you will develop and maintain project documentation business requirements process flows functional specifications and procedures. Its fast-paced high-impact and perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems managing complexity and making things happen.
What do I need
- Experienced in continuous improvement activities and implementation of related projects.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst within financial services . Previous wealth management platforms or investments is ideal.
- Experienced in managing medium complexity projects and achieving results.
- Knowledgeable in Agile and traditional project tools (JIRA Confluence).
- Strong verbal written and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and strong problem solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work in high-performing team effective in complex environments.
