Were looking for a Technical Field Support Specialist to join our Support Team based in Gold Coast QLD.
What will you be doing
- Provide remote or on-site technical support for installation of modernisation and construction products
- Provide technical support to ensure customer specification requirements
- Train local employees during site visits and/or deliver scheduled training sessions
- Create quality reports after site visits and list issues which require corrective action
- Tune and Test modernisation and new install products including destination
What are we looking for
- Elevator industry experience
- Expert technical understanding of product and service solutions that meet customer expectations
- Safety conscious and selects environmentally sustainable solutions when possible
