As the Vice President in the Client Onboarding team you will manage production implementations of new and existing businesses for our top clients. Your role involves collaborating with clients coverage and product teams to implement large-scale onboarding projects focusing on integrating clients payments and receivables systems with the banks processing systems through file-based and API .
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team including HR development work allocation training and escalations.
- Serve as the client-facing single-point-of-contact for end-to-end client experience and satisfaction during product implementations.
- Oversee multi-jurisdiction client onboarding and product & service implementations.
- Collaborate with clients and coverage teams to develop and execute implementation plans using project management principles.
- Ensure adherence to policy procedures and domestic regulatory requirements.
- Identify escalate and resolve risks and issues to closure.
- Liaise with local Compliance Legal and Product teams as required.
- Lead and coordinate strategic business initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert or Project Manager.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- At least 12 years of industry experience in an implementation function including client-facing roles within the banking space.
- Experience leading and managing teams including development and HR oversight with a BE/MS degree.
- Technical client consulting experience with ISO 20022 or EDI message formats and XML.
- Proven capability of applying project management methodology to develop and execute implementation plans for complex strategic change programs.
- Exhibits executive presence with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations at various levels and communicate effectively and clearly.
- Ability to map and document progress of complex workflows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Cash Management and Treasury Services product experience and knowledge.
- Previous direct external client interaction experience.
- Industry certifications such as CTP or PMI.
- Prior consulting experience.
