We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSales Managerto lead direct sales efforts across Brazil. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in thechemical petrochemical and industrial markets with a strong focus onstrategic customer engagementproject development andlong-term growth.

You will work closely withEPCs OEMs and end users managing complex sales cycles and driving high-impact opportunities from prospecting to close. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape the future of our business in the region.

As a Sales Manager You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Developing and executing adirect sales strategyto drive revenue growth in the Sao Paulo Region.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships withkey customers including EPCs OEMs and end users.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities includinglarge-scale projects.
  • Leading complex sales cycles including proposal development negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing product management and technical teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Providingmarket intelligenceand competitive insights to refine commercial strategies.
  • Representing the company atindustry events trade shows and customer meetingsto strengthen market presence.
  • Ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded while maintainingstrong customer satisfactionandlong-term partnerships.

Fuel Your Passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • HaveB2B sales experiencein the relevant markets. Experience with industrial valves control or instrumentation is a plus.
  • Demonstrate atrack record of successin developing and managing direct sales strategies.
  • Possess strongcommercial acumen with the ability to analyze markets and design effective business strategies.
  • Exhibit excellentrelationship-building and negotiation skillsin complex sales environments.
  • Be comfortable managing multiple priorities in aglobal matrix organization.
  • Have ahands-on leadership stylewith a proactive results-driven mindset.
  • Befluent in English and native Portuguese speaker.
  • Be willing to travel up to3040%of the time within Brazil and occasionally internationally.
