You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailBased on the direction given from Pan European Product Marketing Digital Imaging (PPM-DI) the Professional Business Coordinator support sales and marketing of Sonys digital imaging products and their peripherals which are developed for professional photography and video purpose.
Sony Product focus : Mirrorless cameras and lens Sony professional video camcorders consumer high-end video camcorders and peripheral.
The Professional Business Coordinator is under the responsibility of the Professional Marketing Manager.
Being a clearly identified partner for professional photographers through active presence on professional events (openings corporate and cultural events tradeshows technical support on international events...).
Bring technical expertise and assistance to professional photographers through fast and reliable service by mail or by phone and on technical assistances on the field.
Develop and strenghten relationship between Sony and professionnal photographers through human interface providing them with high value services in order to achieve better customer experience.
Through technical assistances on big mediatic events (Cannes Roland Garros Le Mans Arles Montier en Der Salon de la Photo) direct support to photographers and dealers tutorials trainings workshops deliver a premium service to partners and end users
Participate to the Sony Ambassadors program and enhance regularity of our social communication
Development of Sonys presence at WMA World Major Agency : Carry out all possible actions to increase the number of professional photographers equipped with Sony
After sales support for the professional photographers
Technical support and technical product training for professional photographers (via phone e-mail or face to face)
Planning organization and execution of SDS dealer workshops
Supporting planning and execution of service depots at major sports events.
Supporting monthly report
Managing the loan equipment and supporting the repair process of the professional users
Participate at Pan European marketing activities such as public show
Develop our partnership with photo and video schools to present and promote Sony products to students teachers and staff
In addition to the above activities the Professional Business Coordinator is expected to participate to key activities with our main Photo Retailers :
Supporting dealers to develop the Sony Professional Business
Maintain and improve the store staffs knowledge about Sony product by giving product training.
Introduce marketing materials of Sony products such as brochure and POP.
Support store events such as workshop for professional and semi-professional users by demonstration of Sony mirrorless cameras and lenses.
Expected outputs:
Event report and customer visit report
Proactive organisation of professional user workshops (SDS dealer pro workshop) according to store request.
Summary of issues such as requests from store staff competition situation and also feedbacks about Sony products from professional customers.
Proper answer (professional business related topics) to technical questions
Very strong interest in digital imaging products with regular practice of photo and video activity
Uniiversity degree or equivalent (Photo / Video School is a must)
Experience in business reporting and analytics
Experience within a European company in a multicultural working environment
Experience and/or understanding of the consumer and business technology industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint)
