Main objective(s) Expected results
The network & sales coordinator is the main point of contact between the dealers sales departments and the manufacturer. They optimise the dealers sales performance.
Main activities/tasks related to the objectives
- Sales coordination: Sales support for the network
- Informs trains and advises the networks (sales) staff:
Acts as the primary point of contact in the event of sales issues or blockages
Plans identifies needs and participates in and/or leads sales training
- Provides technical and commercial support :
Defines solutions based on customer needs by assisting the sales forces of the dealer
Develops sales pitches based on customer issues by visiting the customer with dealers sales force
Develops SDesign solutions in interface with the BYD product manager
Respond to regional tenders with the dealer
- Communicates the terms and conditions for promoting launching and distributing products within the network:
Leads sales challenges
Provides dealers with pricing flexibility for difficult deals
Distributes and implements new tools (prices sales pitches etc.)
- Assists the network in prospecting monitoring and following up on commercial activity:
Works with customers alongside the dealer at their request if it is legitimate (demonstration expertise definition of a need commissioning etc.)
Monitors the business portfolio
Participates in defining and monitoring dealers annual targets and reports to management in the event of deviations.
- Consolidates Eternal Relationship (accessory supplier Partner organisations)
Participates in trade shows and dealer events and acts as a brand representative
Maintains and develops relationships with our local partners who are a source of information and sales support.
- Strengthens relations between head office and the Field.
Assists the Key Accounts activity (fleet expertise demonstrations etc.)
Identifies develops and decides on relationships with regional accounts in consultation with management
2. Back office and sales management:
- Implements commercial policy in their field and geographical area:
Monitors company Dashboard.
Reporting
Measures and analyses discrepancies
- Plans organises and manages commercial activities :
Submit sales promotion initiatives in their sector: mailing campaigns open days trade fairs and exhibitions targeted prospecting campaigns telephone campaigns etc.
- Monitors the competition :
Measures the performance of competitors in their sector
Benchmarks and reports on price differences and competitor actions in their sector
- Monitors sales activity and reports information to head office:
Monitors portfolios and forecasts
Ensures regular submission of reporting tables and KPIs
Internal/external relations
- Sales Représentative - Key Accounts
Technical and managerial knowledge
- Ability to lead a team based on functional relationships.
- Know how to use information and facilitation tools and resources.
- Be able to teach information and training.
- Mastery of your product range and competitors products as well as sales techniques.
- Know how to persuade advise and sell.
- Know marketing techniques to organise advertise and participate in defining commercial actions.
- Be organised and autonomous in managing your activity.
