About the Role
As the Data & Analytics Enablement Manager youll lead the enablement of analytics capabilities across C&PI ensuring teams are equipped with the tools platforms and insights to make informed decisions. This role blends strategic vision operational excellence and technical leadership to deliver scalable impactful data solutions.
What Youll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with C&PI business objectives and enterprise initiatives.
- Lead reporting automation and simplification enabling self-service analytics and reducing reliance on technical teams.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality security and compliance across platforms.
- Build and lead a high-performing data enablement team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and performance uplift.
- Represent C&PI in enterprise-wide data governance projects and cross-functional collaborations.
What Youll Bring
- 10 years in data management analytics or performance insights with 5 years in people leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of data strategy architecture and governance frameworks.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Python and a strong grasp of ETL processes.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale data and platform initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management capabilities.
