The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with a passion for innovation and a strong foundation in Agile methodologies to lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. This role will drive cross-functional collaboration manage project execution from concept to launch and help shape the future of our product portfolio. A key part of this role involves direct interaction with customers to gather requirements provide updates and ensure alignment throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
• Apply Agile principles (e.g. Scrum Kanban) within a hybrid project management framework to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment on goals deliverables and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering product management manufacturing and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project executiongathering requirements managing expectations and providing regular updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks manage dependencies and resolve roadblocks proactively.
• Communicate project status milestones and risks to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering physics chemistry or similar field.
• 5 years of project management experience including 2 years in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Proven success managing complex technical projects preferably in a regulated or industrial setting.
• Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence MS Project).

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP CSM SAFe or other related certifications.
• Experience in nuclear aerospace or other regulated capital-intensive industry.
