The Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in offensive cyber this role youll lead the planning and execution of technical product development from concept to delivery. You will work to facilitate interactions between engineering teams stakeholders and leadership. This position requires a strong technical foundation and familiarity with exploitation and reverse engineering tools to guide and support technical direction.
What Youll Bring
A Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline.
12 years of industry experience including 2 years in offensive cyber operations exploitation or related fields.
Strong understanding of exploitation frameworks (e.g. Metasploit Cobalt Strike) and reverse engineering tools (e.g. IDA Pro Ghidra).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with SAFe methodologies and experience with JIRA workflows.
Prior leadership of offensive cyber capability development programs within the DoD or Intelligence Community is a plus.
Demonstrated success in bridging technical and operational requirements in fast-paced high-impact environments.
Clearance Requirements
TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required. We are not able to upgrade clearances or accept CCAs. Please note you must have the required clearance for consideration; under-cleared applicants will not receive a response.
