We are looking for a CRM Specialist to develop and manage our CRM campaigns and customer segmentation strategies. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics with a focus on optimising CRM processes and generating
actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement CRM campaigns
Manage customer segmentation strategies
Deploy CRM campaigns for multiple clients
Continuously measure and optimise campaign performance
Generate insights from data analysis
Optimise CRM processes for efficiency and effectiveness

Technical Skills:
