Role description:
2x AE - Amsterdam (Senior):
- Full sales cycle
- Randstad region focus (Amsterdam)
- Direct sales to restaurants
- Focus on bigger chains and competitors -> Formitable Zenchef Tebi
- Combination of inbound (15-20/day) and outbound leads
- Creative closing immediate lead follow-up (within 10 mins)
- Same-day demo and onboarding when possible
2x jr. AE - Zuid- Holland/Brabant/Zeeland
- Full cycle sales in less competitive regions (North South Zeeland)
- Combination of inbound (15-20/day) and outbound leads
- Expected to book and close own meetings
- Growth path toward senior role
- Supporting less complex deals
- Mix of inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting

Must haves:
- For senior role:
- 2 years of commercial experience in a closing role (doesnt need to be SaaS) but need to be used to this specific target audience in hospitality.
- Experience with multi-location and/or complexer deal environments
- Based in (or near) Amsterdam
- For the junior role:
- Based in (or near) Zuid Holland Brabant Randstad
- Some commercial experience (ideally 1 year)
- Able to work independent and have a proactive sales style
Nice to haves:
- Experience at competitors (e.g. Zenchef Formitable)
- B2B SaaS experience as SDR or AE
- Experience in highly competitive markets
- Previous horeca role (seller or operator)
Salary range & secondary benefits:
- Senior: up to 60K base double OTE (50/50 split) depending on experience
- Junior: not set and stone from 40k base double OTE (50/50 split)
- Bonus model: per closed deal; 2x base salary potential
- Flexible comp structure based on preference (higher base vs higher variable)
