Job Title: Finance Executive
Description:
The Finance Executive at will be responsible for handling Debt Syndication & Bank coordination Financial Documentation & Compliance Financial Analysis & Projections and Client Coordination. The role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Debt Syndication activities and coordinate with banks for financing.
- Ensure financial documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Perform financial analysis and create projections for the company's financial performance.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
- Previous experience in debt syndication financial documentation and analysis.
- Knowledge of financial compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and client coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
