We are looking for an experienced and strategic Factory Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Ranson WV reporting directly to the VP of Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented leader to make a lasting impact on both our operations and our community.
What you will be doing:
Drive operational excellence by delivering on production cost quality and delivery targets.
Lead and develop a skilled workforce fostering a culture of safety compliance and accountability.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
Act as the primary representative of the factory in the community building strong relationships with local stakeholders and leading Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Ensure transparent and responsive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
What you bring:
10 years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
A proven track record of delivering operational excellence in a complex manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
Experience building community and stakeholder relationships in alignment with company values.
