We are seeking a Partner Operations Manager to join our dynamic team! The role is responsible for Partner-facing licensing solutions and requires subject matter expertise in Microsoft Volume Licensing concepts and processes. The Partner Operations Manager will provide front-line transactional support for Partners ensuring adherence to account plans and delivering high-quality service.
This hybrid position requires on-site collaboration for at least 3 days a week offering a chance to innovate and engage in the vibrant energy of our office.
Contracting and Order Management
Validate and execute agreements and post-sales lifecycle transactions with accuracy and compliance.
Manage critical deal lists in alignment with Sales Sales Excellence and subsidiary stakeholders.
Billing Management
Execute accurate and compliant order and invoice approvals to maximize cash flow.
Manage credit approvals and Finance exceptions for high-value credits and rebills.
Track contract billing status highlight risks and communicate with stakeholders.
Partner Service
Serve as primary contact for Partner service inquiries and escalations.
Monitor service metrics identify improvement areas and implement strategies to boost performance.
Develop and streamline Partner service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Oversee Go-to-Market activities for Teams Teams-driven Copilot MAU.
Operations Excellence
Drive process consistency accuracy and timeliness across operations.
Act as a trusted advisor to Partners and internal clients delivering scalable operational solutions.
Bachelors degree in Business Operations Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
4 years in contracting order management pipeline management and billing execution with focus on financial accuracy and compliance.
2 years in contract validation credit approval billing management and partner service.
Strong data-driven decision-making using KPIs.
Fluent in English (verbal & written).
2 years in Partner service operations with escalation management and process improvement.
Experience with Microsoft licensing concepts contracts quotes and invoices.
Familiarity with Volume Licensing sales and support lifecycle.
Experience in Business Value deal constructions.
