Work location: Texas Health Dallas 8200 Walnut Hill Ln Dallas TX 75231
Work hours: Full Time Nights 7p-7a Rotating weekends and holidays are required.
Medical Surgical department highlights:
24-Bed Urology Inpatient Medical-Surgical Unit
Self-scheduling with rotating weekend requirements
Working with a Multi-Disciplinary Team
Work with patients and provide life-saving care

Heres What You Need
Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program Or Diploma Nurse Program Completion
BSN preferred
2 Years experience as a registered nurse with previous experience as a charge nurse or similar leadership role (i.e. Charge nurse committee chair preceptor) required
RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire required and
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days required And
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days required
What You Will Do
In addition to the required qualifications a successful Nurse Supervisor will:
The Nursing Supervisor will support coach manage staff and resources to meet unit and hospital goals. When needed will assist in patient care. This position is a great platform to connect with leadership and cultivate skills. Provides crucial opportunities for experience to grow professionally in a hospital system with many avenues for advancement.
