What Youll Do:

As a People Business Partner supporting our Data Center teams youll be both hands-on and strategicable to roll up your sleeves to address immediate needs while shaping initiatives that drive long-term organizational effectiveness engagement and growth. Youll partner closely with leaders managers and cross-functional stakeholders to align our People strategy with business priorities and youll use data to inform impactful decisions. This role requires regular travel to our data centers in the region to build strong in-person relationships and maintain a deep understanding of on-the-ground operations.

About The Role:

Youll be the strategic builder who shapes and delivers initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness and fostering employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include aligning our People strategy with overarching business objectives acting as a key partner to Data Center executives and senior leaders and championing employee engagement efforts. Youll balance high-level strategic influence with the ability to be present in the field understanding team needs firsthand.

  • Hands-On Execution: Regularly visit our data centers in the region to connect with leaders and employees directly ensuring initiatives are grounded in operational realities.

  • Change Management: Lead large-scale change initiatives in our dynamic fast-paced environment ensuring seamless transitions and organizational alignment.

  • Talent Management: Partner with department leaders to drive initiatives such as performance reviews and organizational design.

  • Employee Relations: Offer counsel and guidance on complex employee relations matters fostering a culture of trust and transparency.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with People Ops Talent and cross-functional teams to develop and deploy programs that empower our workforce.

The base salary range for this role is $115000 to $153000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
