Our client is seeking an experienced and professional payroll leader to oversee a large team of specialists and managers in this well-respected Omaha company. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance while leading a team of over 20 is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves to create and sustain culture while developing and coaching individuals to help them reach their client embraces automation and RPA and this is a great role for a tech-savvy leader who would love to be at the forefront of new technology advances in the payroll is a highly visible opportunity to step into a leadership role where will make a lasting impact on the lives of the people you serve through your leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a large team that is a blend of fresh new grads and experienced leaders
- Partner with automation and operations teams to implement process improvements and automation that will save time and money as the company continues to grow
- Work closely with HR and Accounting Leaders far too often Payroll does not at a seat at the table but you will be respected and appreciated within this company
- Create a culture that attracts and retains top talent and play a leadership role in the Nebraska payroll community
