Job Description
We re looking for a Complaints and Claims Coordinator to join our team and help manage vehicle damage claims from start to finish. You ll be the link between customers our field and lot staff and repair vendors to make sure every complaint is investigated documented and resolved quickly and professionally.
Skills :
- Intake and document complaints through our internal systems
- Review reports photos and video footage to research each case
- Communicate with customers and clients via phone email and portal messages
- Track complaints and resolution progress
- Coordinate vehicle damage repairs with shops vendors and field managers
- Monitor repair timelines and confirm completion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim documentation
