Description

Under the administrative supervision of the Chief Financial Operating Officer the Director of Treatment Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the treatment operations with a special focus on non-clinical services peer and recovery support and strategic community partnerships. This role ensures the seamless integration of supportive services with clinical care and strengthens organizational infrastructure between all departments and facilities to support long-term sustainability and program growth. The Director of Treatment Operations shall operate in accordance with the policies set forth by the Board of Directors and shall abide by all applicable laws and regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manages day-to-day operational infrastructure at the facility level in coordination with leadership in all departments to enhance and ensure corporate cohesion (Human Resources Finance IT Security Utilization Review and Scheduling.)
  2. Lead process improvement and standardization efforts across all departments.
  3. Ensure proper training staffing workforce development and resource allocation in coordination with the Director of Human Resources and Chief Financial Operating Officer.
  4. Oversee and enhance non-clinical services such as: Peer Support Recovery Support Specialist Case Management Administrative Assistant Community-Based programs ensuring effective alignment and integration in clinical services.
  5. Manage and oversee the continued development growth and utilization of the Mirror Alumni Associations across the state.
  6. Lead for establishing and maintaining community partnerships such as provider partnerships legal/justice systems community coalitions stakeholders and other strategic partnerships with community resources and the recovery community.
  7. Manage strategic community outreach to establish and maintain key partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
  8. Oversee documentation timeliness staff productivity metrics and coordination with billing teams to ensure financial sustainability.
  9. Lead operational data collection and reporting; maintain fidelity to state and federal program requirements.
  10. Monitor operational components of grant deliverables and RFPs; ensure contract compliance across counties and agencies.
  11. Works collaboratively with the executive leadership team to ensure effective communication congruence and integration across all programs.
  12. Oversee incident reporting systems and follow-up for operational issues; collaborate with Director of Clinical Services when incidents involve clinical care.
  13. Deliver reports and presentations to the Board of Directors CEO CFOO or external stakeholders regarding treatment services.
  14. Other duties as assigned by Chief Financial Operating Officer or other executive team members.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors or Masters degree in an industry-related field.
  2. Strong business background preferred.
  3. Knowledge of the behavioral industry or related field is preferred.
  4. Ability to understand interpret and analyze program evaluation data and design.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal skills required as well as ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be adaptable to change and have effective organizational skills.
  6. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead teams and effectively supervise the work of other independent leaders in a positive enabling way.
  7. Demonstrated ability to analyze/interpret/calculate/forecast data evaluate plans comprehend explain complex information and work with multiple tasks.
  8. Must be able to work in collaboration with the Vice President of Clinical Services and other agency senior executives.
  9. Must be able to pass required security screening.
  10. Employees who have been diagnosed with any type of substance use disorder or behavioral addiction/compulsion must have sustained a minimum of two consecutive years of abstinence from all intoxicating substances and symptoms of their chemical and/or behavioral addiction; and must be in full sustained remission.
  11. Must be proficient in basic computer skills.
  12. Physical requirements would include but not limited to standing walking talking hearing and lifting (40/50 pounds). Walking stairs may be required as well.
