This position will be based in Charlotte NC.
Summary of Role
As a Revenue Operations Director at Palmetto youll be a strategic leader responsible for driving channel development success and overall revenue growth specifically of our HVAC and Low AOV product lines. Youll leverage your expertise in channel strategy consumer acquisition sales operations partner relationships technology process analytics and more to build and manage a thriving partner ecosystem that fuels our growth in the clean energy industry.
Contributing to digital channel activation youll spearhead the successful launch of new sales and marketing activities ensuring smooth integration with our systems and processes. Additionally youll develop and implement digital channel solutions tailoring our offerings and services to meet the unique needs and market focus of various partner segments.
Furthermore youll oversee day-to-day digital channel operations ensuring efficient order processing timely resolution of partner inquiries and seamless collaboration across internal teams to support partner success. This includes optimizing digital channel sales operations by identifying and addressing inefficiencies in the sales cycle ultimately streamlining conversion and accelerating partner revenue generation.
