We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Sales Director to lead our enterprise sales initiatives across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams developing strategic sales plans and consistently exceeding revenue targets within enterprise markets. This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying pursuing and closing large-scale opportunities with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Develop implement and drive strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company revenue targets in the enterprise segment.
Team Management: Recruit mentor and lead a team of enterprise sales professionals providing ongoing coaching and performance management.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Pipeline Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities expanding the companys reach within target markets.
Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Product Customer Success and Executive teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasting pipeline management and regular reporting to executive leadership.
Contract Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends competitive landscape and best practices to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
10 years of enterprise sales experience with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and managing enterprise-level accounts.
Exceptional negotiation communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Experience working in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel as required (up to 30%).
Compensation
Annual Base Salary: $180000 - $220000 (commensurate with experience)
Performance-Based Bonus: Up to 40% of base salary
Equity Incentives: Stock options or RSUs subject to company policy
