Job Description

The rebuilding and repair work on homes and commercial buildings caused by the Christchurch Earthquakes is already well underway. This has created a huge demand for skilled labour a demand that will be maintained for some years so now is the time to consider living and working in New Zealand.

Due to this increased work load we need to employ hammerhands and operatives who have the right experience and who must be able to work unsupervised.

To be suitable for these roles you must have the following attributes:
  • Construction experience.
  • Have a good work ethic;
  • Be a team player;
  • Be able to work unsupervised as required;
  • Take pride in your work;
  • Be able to show initiative and common sense;
  • Show Health & Safety knowledge;
  • Be able to produce work to a high standard;

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Light to Heavy Carpentry Work
  • Hammer Hand Duties
  • New Builds & Renovations
Great working conditions and an immediate start for the right candidates. The Central City of Christchurch and some eastern suburbs have suffered earthquake damage but the city as a whole continues to operate and Christchurch is still a great place to live work and play!
