Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and solutions-driven Plant Engineer to lead engineering projects and oversee maintenance operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Salary and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and implement engineering projects including equipment upgrades installations and process improvements
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life
- Supervise maintenance teams and external contractors ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical electrical and automation issues
- Manage procurement and inventory of spare parts tools and technical supplies
- Monitor plant performance metrics and recommend engineering solutions to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards across all engineering activities
- Prepare technical reports maintenance logs and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment
- Proven track record in project execution maintenance planning and team supervision
- Strong knowledge of production machinery utilities and automation systems
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and engineering software
- Excellent problem-solving communication and organizational skills
Qualiifcations:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
