Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Head IT Manager to oversee IT infrastructure and systems.
The ideal candidate will ensure seamless system performance provide technical support and drive IT efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all IT systems networks and infrastructure for the company.
- Administer and support the Meat Matrix software including troubleshooting configuration updates and programming.
- Ensure system security data integrity and regular backups.
- Provide IT support and training to staff members to optimize software and hardware usage.
- Develop and implement IT policies procedures and best practices.
- Oversee hardware software and licensing procurement and maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and process automation.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
- A key requirement for this role is in-depth knowledge and programming capability with the Meat Matrix software which is central to company operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of networking system security and database management.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- Strong expertise with Meat Matrix software including programming and system administration is a must
