Job Description
Job Title: Senior UX Designer (Figma Adobe XD Enterprise Systems 11 yrs exp)
Location: AustinTx (Hybrid - Local to Austin only)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications:- Hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems including wireframes prototypes and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma Adobe XD and Sketch.
- Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards.
- Strong expertise in applying UX design principles such as hierarchy contrast and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces.
- Experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions.
- Experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate timelines workflows and system architecture.
- Ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science or related field (equivalent experience may be substituted).
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work efforts.
- Collaborate with product owners developers and business stakeholders to design user-centric interfaces for enterprise applications.
- Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs that bring business requirements to life.
- Apply UX best practices to ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are responsive across devices.
- Conduct and facilitate user research workshops and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
- Translate complex workflows and technical processes into simple intuitive visual designs.
- Deliver visual design assets that align with established branding and accessibility guidelines.
- Support agile development teams by iterating designs in sync with sprint cycles.
