Job Description
Job Title: Senior UX Designer (Figma Adobe XD Enterprise Systems 11 yrs exp)
Location: AustinTx (Hybrid - Local to Austin only)(Within 50-mile radius).
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications:- Hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems including wireframes prototypes and visual hierarchies using tools such as Figma Adobe XD and Sketch.
- Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards.
- Strong knowledge of UX design principles including hierarchy contrast and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces.
- Expertise in creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles including transitions from sketches to high-fidelity visuals.
- Experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate timelines workflows and system architecture.
- Ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent projects.
- Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered designs.
- Develop wireframes prototypes and visual designs that enhance usability and align with accessibility standards.
- Create responsive intuitive and consistent designs across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and design review sessions to gather feedback and refine solutions.
- Deliver graphical diagrams visual narratives and other design artifacts to communicate workflows timelines and system architecture.
- Support agile development cycles by providing timely design assets and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
- Ensure consistency with organizational branding and accessibility guidelines while balancing user needs and business goals.
