Location: Malvern PA (Hybrid- 3 days a week onsite & must be willing to relocate and be onsite on day 1)
About the Role
- We are seeking a Technical Lead to support the delivery of enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Service) and the Power Platform.
- This role requires a hands-on leader who can architect develop and guide the implementation of scalable CRM solutions in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture.
- Develop customizations plugins workflows and integrations using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture security and performance.
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams and junior developers.
- Manage code reviews deployments and DevOps pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
Qualifications
- 10 years overall experience with 6 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and/or Service).
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
- Proficiency in C# JavaScript TypeScript and PowerShell.
- Experience with Dataverse Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
- Familiarity with ALM practices and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Microsoft certifications (PL-600 MB-210 MB-230) are a plus
