Job Description:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new banking clients for IT services and manpower solutions.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs decision-makers and key stakeholders in banking clients.

  • Understand client requirements and propose customized IT and manpower solutions aligned with their business needs.

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation proposal negotiation and closure to contract management.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment delivery and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Develop partnerships and alliances to strengthen business reach and service offerings.

  • Achieve revenue targets maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent business growth.
