About the Role
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our remote recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in sourcing screening and placing IT professionals for clients across the United States. You should be highly motivated detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source screen and evaluate IT professionals using job boards (Dice Monster CareerBuilder LinkedIn etc.) social media and networking.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: requirement analysis candidate sourcing screening interviewing negotiation and placement.
- Work with direct clients Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners to fulfill contract contract-to-hire and permanent positions.
- Maintain candidate database and build strong relationships with consultants.
- Negotiate salaries hourly rates and employment terms with candidates.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring policies tax terms (W2 C2C 1099) and immigration (H1B OPT GC US Citizens).
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of US job market recruitment processes and employment terms.
- Experience working with VMS portals and ATS tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in US time zones (EST/PST/CST).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with direct clients.
- Familiarity with niche IT skills (Cloud Cybersecurity Data Engineering DevOps).
- Proven track record of high placements and closures.
