Job Summary
Job Title: Sales Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market share goals.
- Manage and lead the sales team providing guidance training and mentorship to enhance their performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities building strong relationships with potential clients.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market trends.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and addressing client needs.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles methods and techniques.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
