Job Description
- Business Analysis Planning & Monitoring:
- Identify stakeholders plan and track business analysis activities and estimate work accurately.
- Understand core systems including accounting structures rules and calculations.
- Requirements Elicitation & Management:
- Investigate evaluate and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops communicate requirements clearly and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
- Requirements Analysis:
- Prioritize and structure requirements using text diagrams matrices and models.
- Define assumptions constraints and risks ensuring that specifications meet quality standards.
- Solution Assessment & Validation:
- Ensure that solutions meet business needs assist the testing teams and assess organizational readiness for implementation.
- Enterprise Analysis:
- Identify new capabilities required to meet business needs and define deliverables for project iterations.
- Life Cycle Management:
- Act as interface between business and delivery teams throughout the SDLC.
Requirements:
- 3-year tertiary qualification in a relevant technical financial or analytical field.
- Diploma in Business Analysis (e.g. FTI) or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years experience in a formal business analysis environment.
- Strong knowledge of the finance industry and business analysis methodologies.
- Experience with scrum development processes and SQL is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate research model and define requirements effectively.
