Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM QA Tester
Location: Houston TX (hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Client: EY
Responsibilities:
- 5 years QA experience with at least 3 years in ServiceNow ITSM testing.
- Strong knowledge of test planning test case design UAT and regression testing.
- Experience with automation frameworks & tools preferred.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong documentation & defect reporting skills.
