Job Description
Manager Notes:
- This position is ideally onsite WHQ for the hybrid work schedule
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to improve systems and workflows.
- Analyze current processes gather requirements and recommend system enhancements.
- Support the implementation of new tools and technologies that drive efficiency and scalability.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and documentation.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Mapping business needs to system capabilities and identifying gaps.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize system requirements.
- Testing and validating system changes before deployment.
- Creating user guides training materials and process documentation.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 3-5 YOE minimum as a Business Systems Analyst from large scale enterprise level environments
- Experience in business analysis systems implementation or IT project coordination.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g. ERP CRM PLM) and data workflows.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
