Job Description
1) Job Purpose
To Manage and oversee strategic sourcing vendor management and procurement operations for our fenestration business. This role is critical to ensuring cost-effective purchasing quality assurance and timely availability of raw materials and components essential to our production processes. He will also develop the technical products as per the customized requirements and NPD
2) Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:

Supporting Actions
- Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Development
- Identify evaluate and onboard suppliers for aluminum profiles glass hardware and other fenestration components.
- Develop long-term supplier relationships to ensure reliability quality and cost competitiveness.
- Procurement Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with production and planning teams to forecast material requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials while optimizing inventory levels.
- Cost Optimization & Negotiation
- Lead price negotiations and contract finalizations with vendors.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Work closely with QA teams to maintain material standards and specifications.
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design production and finance.
- Technology & Process Improvement
- Leverage ERP systems for procurement tracking and reporting.
- Continuously improve procurement processes for efficiency and transparency.
