Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Participate as a key member in the establishment of the new organizational structure.
  • Develop HR strategy solutions and strategic manpower plans based on alignment with the business and functional strategy and objectives.
  • Attract and maintain target talents via effective recruitment channels and talent retain programs based on alignment with global and regional HR teams.
  • Be responsible for building a great organizational culture through initiating and implementing various HR programs.
  • Work closely with leadership in the implementation of policies related to human resources organizational and employee development in BPT China.
  • Collaborate with others (COEs cross-functional partners HRBP peers etc.) to build world class initiatives.
  • Oversees Human Resources budget to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree or above is required.
  • Have at least 10 years of HR leadership experience in MNC with manufacturing. Experience in set-up newly manufacturing plant is preferred.
  • Have successful record of deploying HR strategies to support growth business.
  • Strong organizational agility and be familiar with a fast-paced and matrix organization.
  • Strong business acumen with proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategy to drive successful business results.
  • Strong team leader and team player have the ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions when needed.
  • High energy with a penchant for progress willing to take a challenge and move the organization forward in a growth-oriented environment with lean resources; can do attitude.
  • Strong influencing skills with ability to influencing capabilities work as a bridge between Global HR team and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills visionary and able to communicate ideas in a way that builds alignment and support.
