As Intern Service Transformation Engineer you will be a member of the Continuous Improvement team and you will take part in expanding problem-solving methodologies within Daily Shop Management. This role includes ensuring the implementation of improvement activities identified through the production flow analysis.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis of the actual scrap material flow during shop visit process starting from induction to delivery of engine/module

  • Interact with different stakeholders in order to ensure the traceability of the scrap materials and their review activities

  • Learn how to standardize the new scrap materials flow and define the standard work of each function involved in the process

  • Support the proper scrap materials management at the end of shop visit

  • Support the KPIs definition in order to properly evaluate the implemented process

  • Promote and support problem solving within Daily Shop Management framework

  • Share and institutionalize best practices across Cross Production Cells

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Engineering field

  • Good planning and organizational skills

  • Ability to quickly respond to and manage project changes

  • Process-oriented with an analytical mindset (Data Mining & Data Crunching)

  • Curious and eager to learn

  • Fluent Italian and English

  • Work Visa in accordance with local regulationis required
