A startup service business is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee daily operations and help scale the company. This leadership role requires a hands-on operator with proven success in building systems managing teams and driving organizational growth.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficiency
Hiring training and managing staff to meet performance goals
Developing and implementing operational systems and processes
Collaborating with leadership to drive business growth strategies
Monitoring budgets resources and performance metrics
Ensuring smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience as an operator or operations leader
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale a business
Experience in startup or service-based companies preferred
