Assistant Project Manager Roadway or Wet Utilities
Location: Phoenix AZ
Relocation Assistance Available
Salary: $100000 - $115000 (DOE)

We are seeking APM to support project teams ensuring work stays on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update project schedules (Primavera) with input from PM and Superintendent
Track job costs cash flow and prepare progress estimates
Attend planning pre-construction and weekly project meetings; prepare/distribute minutes
Process change orders force accounts and back charges
Assist with project closeout including take-offs as-builts and cost history input
Conduct regular site visits and support quality/safety standards

Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred or 3 years related experience.
Proficient in Excel Word Primavera (SureTrack a plus).
Valid drivers license; for company vehicle.
Strong knowledge of construction processes equipment and regulatory requirements.
Detail-oriented adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
Roadway bridge and underground wet utilities experience a plus.
