Assistance Project Manager Roadway or Wet Utilities
Location: Phoenix AZ
Relocation Assistance Available
Salary: $100000 - $115000 (DOE)
We are seeking APM to support project teams ensuring work stays on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Salary: $100000 - $115000 (DOE)
We are seeking APM to support project teams ensuring work stays on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project schedules (Primavera) with input from PM and Superintendent
- Track job costs cash flow and prepare progress estimates
- Attend planning pre-construction and weekly project meetings; prepare/distribute minutes
- Process change orders force accounts and back charges
- Assist with project closeout including take-offs as-builts and cost history input
- Conduct regular site visits and support quality/safety standards
- Bachelors degree preferred or 3 years related experience
- Minimum 6-10 years
- Proficient in Excel Word Primavera (SureTrack a plus)
- Valid drivers license; for company vehicle
- Strong knowledge of construction processes equipment and regulatory requirements
- Detail-oriented adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
- Roadway bridge and underground wet utilities experience a plus
