About the Role
Were seeking a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer with strong experience in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to join a growing ServiceNow this role youll design build and optimize CMDB-related solutions that enhance IT visibility automate processes and strengthen ITSM ITOM and Asset Management capabilities.
Youll collaborate closely with architects business analysts and cross-functional delivery teams to deliver scalable high-quality ServiceNow implementations that align with business goals and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Integrate CMDB with ITSM ITOM and Asset Management modules to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Configure CI classes identification rules and relationship models to maintain data integrity.
- Develop automation scripts using JavaScript Flow Designer and Orchestration tools.
- Perform CMDB audits reconciliation and ongoing data quality improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements estimate work and deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to CMDB data integrations and platform performance.
- Participate in Agile sprints demos and retrospectives as part of an engaged delivery team.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development or engineering experience.
- Solid understanding of CMDB structure CI relationships and Discovery patterns.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript Glide APIs Flow Designer and platform configuration.
- Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM ITAM or SAM.
- Knowledge of MID Server configuration and integration protocols (REST/SOAP JDBC etc.).
- A passion for automation clean architecture and data-driven IT operations.
