Your Team Your Impact
Credit & Collections is responsible for the extension of credit and payment terms to customers including the prompt collection of billings and periodic forecasting of receipts.What You Can Expect
- Manage a team of Credit & Collection Analysts handling a global AR portfolio of $1B
- Review and approve customer credit lines
- Ensure collection metrics (e.g. DSO) meet company guidelines
- Collaborate with internal and external partners including customers Sales Operations Treasury Accounting Logistics and 3rd-party credit bureaus
- Monitor and resolve daily credit holds
- Prepare and update weekly collection forecasts
- Provide periodic reports to Senior Management including the AR Allowance AR Reclass AR Reconciliations and other AR metric reports
- Coordinate periodic AR factoring with partner banks
What Were Looking For
- Abachelors degreein finance accounting economics business administration or a related field
- 5 yearsof experience in credit analysis lending or credit risk
- 5 years of experience in management or supervisory roles
- Strong skills infinancial statement analysiscredit scoring models andrisk assessmentare essential
- Experience with forecasting AR collections
- Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley financial controls
- Ability tocommunicate credit decisionsclearly and collaborate with internal teams (sales treasury accounting) and external customers
- Proven ability tolead and mentorcredit analysts or collections teams
- Experience with AR factoring including the collection of AR on behalf of the bank
- Experience withOracle Highradius Credit Risk Monitor and/or Creditsafe a plus
- High level of accuracy in documentation reporting and compliance tracking.
- Ability to maintain composure during a high-volume environment
