We are an independent government business unit within the Ministry of Social Development providing oversight functions on behalf of The Ministry of Social Development Oranga Tamariki Department of Corrections Ministry of Justice Housing and Urban Development Social Investment Agency and Ministry of Pacific Peoples.
Our main function is Social Services Accreditation. We provide assurance that social service providers can deliver quality services. We do this by assessing organisations against the Social Services Accreditation Standards (SSAS) and making sure they meet these standards.
About the Role
The purpose of the Salesforce System Administrator role is to ensure day-to-day administration of our Salesforce platform so that it runs smoothly and supports the needs of both internal staff and external social service providers. A key focus of the role is providing excellent customer service triaging resolving and escalating issues quickly and effectively so users feel supported and confident in their use of the system. This role is our front face to the Data and Digital team and plays a vital part in creating a reliable and positive experience for all users.
We have an established and well-functioning continuous improvement and continuous development (CI/CD) process and this role offers the opportunity to learn and build experience in this area. Over time the System Administrator will be able to contribute to the development and testing of enhancements as they move through their life cycle. We are committed to supporting the right customer-focused person to grow their technical capability and develop their Salesforce expertise within this environment.
