In Kaitaia we operate two mills that specialise in processing Radiata Pine producing reconstituted wood panels and peeled dried veneer for a wide range of applications.
The Role:
We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who would like to support our Sales Marketing and Logistics Team as a Sales Administrator based at our Triboard Mill in Kaitaia. The team is focused on improving the Customer Experience as well as internal working relationships with our Production Teams. If you are inspired by the idea of supporting a business as it transitions and improves are solutions focused and an excellent communicator this could be the new direction you are looking for.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to the sales team and customers
Completing sales documentation efficiently and accurately
Communicating regarding any customer service issues requiring intervention to resolve
Responding to and redirecting sales enquiries to appropriate Sales Representatives
Capturing and analysing sales data using spreadsheets and databases
To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following attributes:
Excellent people skills and an ability to interact at all levels of the organisation
Demonstrated administrative skills
An eye for detail
Ability to organise prioritise and identify improvements
